Offers expert guidance, best practices, and independent advice to strengthen change decisions and outcomes.
Change Champion – HoD
Plans, coordinates, and oversees the change process to ensure objectives are delivered on time and effectively
Change Champion – TPO
Drives change related to training, placement, and industry engagement, acting as a bridge between academia and employers.
Teaching Staff
Implements change in curriculum delivery, pedagogy, and student engagement within the classroom.
Industry Co-ordinator
Manages collaboration with industry partners to align academic programs with real-world requirements.
External Stakeholder – Industry
Provides industry expectations, feedback, and opportunities such as internships, projects, and placements.
Non-Teaching Staff
Supports change through administrative, technical, and operational functions.
Students
Primary beneficiaries of the change who adapt to and engage with new processes, systems, or learning approaches.
